Last updated: June 2026 · Draft

This is an early draft summary of how RedHook handles data. It will be replaced with full legal terms before general availability. RedHook is a competitive layer for physical gaming centers.

What we collect

For players: the account you create or link, and gameplay telemetry from the centers you play at — which game is running and session time, reported by the center’s enrolled PC agent. We do not use GPS or location tracking; presence is established by the enrolled machine itself.

For centers: account and venue details, subscription status, and aggregate engagement metrics about activity at your venue.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal data. Telemetry is used to compute ranks, points, and leaderboards, and to give centers aggregate engagement insight — nothing more.

Your choices

Players can unlink their account at any time. Questions about your data can be directed to the RedHook team through your existing point of contact.
